My set on Premium Blend airs tonight at 9 pm on Comedy Central. I'm a little nervous because of the whole issue of editing on Blend. Sometimes when they edit up the sets, they cut out punchlines in long jokes. Hopefully it'll be alright. 2:10 AM-Permalink

Rob Huebel Joins MySpace!
"Shutterbugs" co-star, fellow Human Giant member, and all around stud Rob Huebel has entered the world of MySpace - but not without controversy.
In what can only be described as MySpace terrorism, someone has taken the profile www.myspace.com/RobHuebel and posted Huebel's headshot and bio in an effort to trick people into thinking he is the real Huebel. THIS ASSHOLE IS NOT ROB HUEBEL! Don't let him fool you.
Huebel contacted the MySpace technical team and apparently Tom himself is gonna go beat the crap out of this Huebel MySpace identity thief.
Dealing with this whole situation has been very hard on poor Rob, PLEASE add him as your friend and post comments to help him cope with this awful act of cyber violence.
UPDATE: I just checked the UCB reservations page and the show for next week is almost sold out, make one now to be safe.
So due to computer malfunction and the overall ambitiousness of the project, we were unable to debut "Illusionators" at Crash Test. Human Giant editor/director/general mastermind Jason Woliner edited his heart out for nearly 3 days straight with little to no sleep, but his computer failed him and we were unable to get "Illusionators" to UCB last night.
Fear not though, this coming Monday we will rise like the phoenix and illusionate the naysayers to oblivion!! We'll have not one - not two - but at least THREE new Human Giant videos including "Illusionators" for Crash Test this coming week.
Once again, special thanks to Andy Blitz and Demetri Martin for swinging by last minute to help fill out the show. Also thanks to Rob Huebel for coming up and doing some on the fly hosting bits with me.
All in all, its great to be back and next week should be fantastic - we'll have "Illusionators", Nick Kroll, Leo Allen, and also - the return of fellow guy thats been out of NYC lately - Eugene Mirman!! 3:17 AM-Permalink

Crash Test - 1/30 - The Return!!!!
I'm gonna try everything in my power to make tonight's "Crash Test" the best one ever.
First off - we have Todd Barry and Bill Burr, two of my favorites in the city. These guys don't mess around. I also have TWO and maybe THREE surprise guests. Add that to some interesting bits I have planned and it should be a real fun show.
But let's cut the shit - what I'm most excited about is the debut of the first official Human Giant (me, Huebel, Scheer, and Woliner) production - "Illusionators."
The film is being edited as we speak by Human Giant director/editor mastermind Jason Woliner aka the MOST DANGEROUS MAN IN SHOW BUSINESS (formerly "the hardest working man in show business," but this year, he is working so hard that he is endangering the world around him).
The man is a machine. If Human Giant were the Wu Tang Clan, Woliner would be our Rza. If we were Destiny's Child, Woliner would be Matthew Knowles. (Huebel would be Beyonce.) Godspeed JW as you edit through the night...
For the time being, here are some "Illusionators" tidbits to get you fired up for tonight:
1) The costumes Scheer and I wear during all of "Illusionators" are so ridiculous that they led to us being called "faggot" over 48 times in Las Vegas.
2) Rob Huebel plays not one, BUT THREE different characters.
3) Great cameos from Jon Glaser, Owen Burke, Casey and June, and Rob Riggle.
4) "Illusionators" was shot in Las Vegas, Hollywood, AND New York.
5) There is an "Illusionators" theme song, that was recorded just for "Illusionators." 7:40 AM-Permalink

Jim Gaffigan - Beyond the Pale
One of my favorite standups to watch - Jim Gaffigan - has a new special on Comedy Central airing tonight at 9 pm called "Beyond the Pale." His old Comedy Central Presents was one of the funniest I can recall, and I'm sure BTP will deliver. You can buy it on DVD on February 7th with a bunch of extras and stuff - more info at Jim's newly revamped website - here. 9:40 AM-Permalink
